I’ve mostly been searching Messina, Gioiosa Marea, and Mazzara Sant’Andrea, so Palermo is new to me. It seems to have 10-year indices for marriage and that’s it? Is that right? (And yet Messina had a devastating earthquake but still has records?)
I’m looking for the record between Rosolino Genova and Anna or Maria (or Anna Maria) LoCicero, so I was hoping to find the Sep 1894 record listed here.

And it is, so, I don't understand the question. Do you need help the find the actual record?
The index says Rosolino Genova, son of Angelo and Francesca Giarratano, uff. 2, Sep 22nd 1894, vol. 167, #639, married Anna Lo Cicero (third from the bottom)

Yes, I’m looking for the *actual* record, which includes their ages, her parents, etc.
