Jen
Can you tell me a bit more about your project. Is it an individual or a class project and what are you asked to find out? How do you go about doing it?
I may have another genealogy project for you, but only if it doesn't interfere with your school work. I have made friends with a husband and wife who live in Newzealand, they dont have a computer but their next door neighbour has one and I email her and she passes on the messages.
He is trying to find out about some of his family who, a long time ago, have gone to USA. I just dont have all the information that he has sent on hand, here at this moment, but if you want to try this just let me know, and I'll post you the information I have.
We are making castles in class. We have to look up weapons and stuff from the medevil ages.... We went to Casa Loma last year and we went to Pioneer Village. We also are going to the Science Centre.
I would Like to help you with the project for your friends.
Thank you for offering to help but now that I have re-read the information he has given me I'm feeling bad because I don’t think you will be able to do much research here.
The person who is asking me to help him is Patrick-Luigi Sambucci Wilcox. ( He is about 78 years old) His mother’s maiden name was Clara Maria Sambucci. He didn’t say exactly where in Italy she originally came from, but he did mention the Monte Casino area, she didn't go to USA.
All he has told me is that he knows that some of his relations (Sambucci) went to Philidelphia and some went to Australia-Perth and Freemantle. He has given me no dates or names but he would dearly like to find out some information about them.
Any suggestions Jen?

His wife's ancestors, are Scottish, and happen to come from the same village where I live and I am trying to trace her ancestors. I found out that her Great Grandmother was married in the local church which is at the end of the street where I live. I was given lots more information about his wife's background and it makes it so much easier.
It's said Italy was a country of Saints, poets and navigators. There's no more trace of the poets and navigators but, fortunately, there are traces of the Saints. All the Italian towns are voted to a Saint and one of these is San Gennaro, well-known for his miracle. Who was San Gennaro? San Gennaro ...
