Does anyone know the meaning of the following names:

Sarubbi, Cuneo, Francesco

Also, Sarubbi is from Calabria but I do not know the town. I was told that certain names can be connected to specific towns. Is that true?

Francesco Married Sarubbi so I'm assuming she's from the same
town in Calabria.

Cuneo is from Genoa.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
