Foundling or Adoption Information?

Hello, I have never researched Italian records and I need all the help I can get in finding Foundling or Adoption information for the Calabria area. How do I go about finding anything? Can I get records from the comune in Serra San Bruno where Maria Delle Grazie was left as a foundling? Is there any online information?

I would really appreciate any help.
