Another site you might try for form letters is

http://www.circolocalabrese.org/resourc ... /index.asp

or

http://www.mangeruca.com/

They are both excellent sites. Circolocalabrese.org has form letters that you fill in and it will translate the letter for you.

Mangeruca.com has letters in Italian and the English Translation.

After writing your letter with what you want to say submit it to our Translation forum for any suggestions or changes.

So far the Form Letters that I came across were more geared toward requesting official information....Ideally , I would like find/create a basic letter to send to people from my Great Grand Parents town (Ripalimosani , Campobasso , Molise) who have my surname Di Nobile to determine if they might be relatives....Another further help would be Appreciated !....Thank You ,

Tony,

Write the letter in English and have someone here translate it for you. I found that works best. Introduce yourself, and perhaps send something about your family(maybe a pedigree chart of your family).

Maybe someone else else another idea?

Tony,

Maybe you could try posting this again on the translation board? You may have better luck there.

This is the form letter I used for living relatives. I just tweaked it to fit my situation:
