Does abt stand for about in the census rolls?
Currently unemployed in this 9% state, but enjoy relaxing & catching up on home details.

While I am not certain....I would say yes , because abt is the appreviation for about....

yes, about or around (as in abt 1814) means what it looks like and using it in searches can really help sometimes !
