helping a friend

I am trying to help a friend of mine find some info on her family but nooone can remember the town they came from.her father was born in Italy but he was very young when they moved to america.if i give some info is there anyone that could search for any records on her family.i hope this isn't alot to ask she would appreciate the help.here is the info that we have.her father was born vincenzo or vincenzio battaglia in italy on april 5,1921.his parents were Francesco and Lucia.There last residence was Palmi Italy but they were born there.They moved there but don't know from where.As far as she knows they were living in Delaware when they arrived but my friend was born in New Jersey.Its possible they immigrated between 1921-1935?Any info would be greatly appreciated.thank you

We have two threads going on the same topic, makes it hard to keep track of what research has been performed, confirmed and what needs to be determined.
For the sake of continuity, limit the postings to the thread in Italian Genealogy, as Biff has provided many records already.
