Distant cousins found!

Post by tonyric »

I have made a connection to distant cousins in Kentucky!!!!! I never thought that my research, that started for citizenship purposes would turn out so fruitful. For nayone that has followed my posts, you might remember that my Great-grandmother on my father/grandfathers side was a particular pain the the proverbial butt! Well, it appears that I have made contact with her brothers descendants.

I have been chatting with a couple of folks in that family line and it does appear that I have more information on that family line than they do, but it is a family connection all the same. I want to thank all of you here that have helped me research Domenica Santangelo and others in my tree. You are the main ones that pointed me in the right directions and helped me find them.

THANK YOU!!!!!

Tony

:D How fantastic! Having just made a few connections recently, I know
exactly how wonderful it feels when one finds new family! Our newest "finds" - 2nd cousins - joined us for Christmas Day! You can only imagine how it felt to welcome them to our home for a such a special time!

I have finally traced my dad's side of the family from my uncle who left for Argentina along with his uncle.

I appear to have relatives in Argentina, Miami, Chicago and Brazil.
My uncle died before he got married over in Argentina but it seems his legacy lives on.
We are now all connected via Facebook. :D
