I need to find my ancestors in Monte Giordano. My grandmother's name was Maria Amalia Lagamba

There does not appear to be a monte giordano listed. What province is it located in? Peter

Sorry!! MONTEGIORDANO is one word and it is int eh province of Cosenza, Calabria. There are no Lagamba surnamed persons in Montegiordano at this time. You can locate records for your family there going back to 1809 as they are on microfilm at the nearest family history liubrary of the Mormon church nearest your home. If you wish you can also write to the town at their Ufficio di Stato Civile for birth,marriage and death records. Peter
