Bari Surname help please

I'm not sure if this belongs in Handwriting or Surname but here goes:

Throught a stroke of pure luck, while cleaning out a box, I happily discovered a letter from 26 years ago from my grandfather's sister Rosina.
It was in an envelope mailed from her niece's house. I think I stuck her letter in a letter from my cousin.

Anyway....the cousin's last name is either:
Iblano
Iblono
Sblano
Sblono

I'm pretty sure the S is correct as she wrote Sign. foro Signore and the S's look the same. I'm not sure if the 2nd letter is a b or an f but that doesn't sound like a name.

The address is also on the envelope and I put it into google maps but it couldn't go to the zoom level I wanted.

What do you think
a) about the name
b) how I could get to see the house?

The surname "Sblano" is diffused in Bari area!
Other don't know, but "Sblano" is correct.
