Unreadable Lipari marriage film

Unreadable Lipari marriage film

I recently ordered the church marriage records for Lipari from the LDS library. The microfilm was extremely blurry - at the beginning there was a note about some water damage. I am wondering if anyone has had success viewing this film? It seems odd the LDS would send out a film that was almost totally unreadable.
