Hello,
I have the passenger manifest of my great grandfather Pasquale Tersigni I am having trouble reading 2 sections.
The first section is who sent him which states his parents but I cannot read the name of the parent written down, also I am having trouble reading the name of the person in the relative or friend he was to join.
The link below takes you to the manifest, he is line 5 the page before shows the friend/family he was to meet.

Tersigni25", Your link didn't work - but it should be OK now...
I had a look and I could only read the word 'friend' - nothing more. Sorry!

I agree with Elba, it's tough to decipher.
Best guess - parent Giovanni
Also, the 1st page indicates that Pasquale (born abt 1884) was a non-immigrant alien & that he was in Boston previously (1907-1912 on pg 2)
Do you have the earlier manifest? Did it list a parent in Italy?
Thanks, Valarie

Hi Valarie, I also was guessing Giovanni, the last name on the manifest is a Giovanni and it is written almost the same as the one I am trying to figure out. I do not have another Manifest, this one is a bit confusing. It appears at times that the lines dont match up. Boston could be a possibility, but he lived in Canton St Lawerence NY until he passed away in 1927 in that area. Ill check into the Boston area. thank you
