Falcone family Torrevecchia, Teatina

I am looking for any information on the Falcone family. My grandfather Antonio Falcone was born in 1888 in Torrevecchia in 1888 to father Sabatino Falcone and mother Agata Iconella. He immigrated to US in 1906. Looking for any family still remaining in Italy.

Thank you those sites are very helpful. If I address a letter to a Sabitino Falcone listed at 66041 Atlessa (CH) Via Fontane Vecchie 18 does all that info get listed on the envelope. I am not sure how to address a letter to Italy. Thanks again for your help.
