The Archivio di Stato for Bisceglie has recently been changed to another province in Puglis region but since the records for what you are seeking may still be retained by the prior Archivio di Stato in Bari I suggested you start there. If there are records sent to the new province Archivio di Stato, I am sure you will be advised. Peter
