Eh Cumpari?

As a nation state, Italy has emerged only in 1871. Until then the country was politically divided into a large number of independant cities, provinces and islands. The currently available evidences point out to a dominant Etruscan, Greek and Roman cultural influence on today's Italians.

We had an old album of "Italian hits". It was a compilation of tunes by various Italian artists. I believe that was one of the included songs...

Mark, I also have this song on an "Italian American Singers and Songs" triple cd pack. Such a clever and tricky song to sing. He sings the song "Domani" on one of the cds as well.

Thanks for posting Joe.

From my own experience, growing up, I would say "honorary family".
