Thank you. I agree, Marco Permunian does convey a significant degree of competence. Did Marco directly handle your judicial case or was it assigned to a different attorney?s38tommaso wrote: 26 Nov 2024, 00:20 It was the first one that came up in a Google search when I was looking around in 2020, and seemed to be the largest. Also, their youtube videos with their primary lawyer (Marco Permunian) conveyed a significant degree of competence / experience.

Marco actually represented me when it came time for the trial in Potenza, but I had 0 contact with him directly. Everything flowed through a rotating door of paralegals and document specialists, who were all very competent, and each handled a different aspect of the process.

Thank you for the information!
Re: New 1948 Case Law
I started my case with ICA in January 2021, and my court case is scheduled for Catanzaro next year. It has been a long process, and much of it has been delayed due to the pandemic. I have a 1948 case, and while I feel confident I'll get citizenship, I'm prepared to accept that it might be denied. My great-grandparents were born in Italy, but my ggf naturalized before 1912, forcing me to use my ggm, who never naturalized.
ICA has been great, and I highly recommend them and fingers are crossed it is successful, but it could be several more years if it goes into appeal.
