The correct town is Elena, near Gaeta...

Elena was named Borgo before the year 1897, then was Comune of Elena until 1927 when it was incorporated in the Comune of Gaeta....

So Elena was a Comune from 1897 to 1927....

Today is an hamlet of the comune of Gaeta, named Rione Porto Salvo
