You should be cross-referencing the church death records to the civil ones since civil death records tend to include parent names.
And the civil marriage promessa will include an age verified by birth/baptismal records.
The promessa says he is age 27 and son of Biaggio, so born in 1819/1820. https ...

Manifests were filled out at the port of embarkation, not upon arrival. So someone in Arkhangelsk would have done the transcription of the name as it was given (and may have been phonetically, especially if the person giving their name was illiterate).
