Im looking for a Peter Betchetti born 1805 in Italy, who moved to england between this time and 1869.

i found peter betchetti in the 1871 england census and his marrage date was 1869, so i know he was in england by 1869.

Are all ship logs available and do they give the names of passengers, where in england can i find these records?
