@ ricbru
yes,i have his name, date of birth...
where can i request the birth abstract? do i have to do it in italian,or will english do it?

[ricbru]

You need to request his birth certificate to the civil record office of the municipality where he was born.
Request the resident certificate of him to the population registry office of the municipality where he was born, if he moved somewhere else, they can state you where he moved to (name of town)
Write only in italian
