In Maria Testa Martino's obituary it lists her parents, Emideo Testa and Apollonia Torriero. I have been searching for a very long time for them. I haven't found any info at all. Maria had a brother named Andrea Testa who lived in N.Y. also. I have his obituary.
My Nonni told me that the town her parents came from in Italy went through a lot of troubles in the early 1900's so im not sure if there are documents on them. The town was Roccasecca, Frosinone, Italy or possibly Castrocielo.

Roccasecca has very little before 1900 and not everything after that. Parish records still exist.

Marco John Martino died May 15, 1954 age 38 in Memorial Hospital Utica after a long illness. Born March 10, 1916. Leaves daughter Susan, son Joseph...Burial Calvary Cemetery.

My grandmother was a testa which was my mothers mother and my great grandmother and great grandfather were Pasquale and Angelina lia marfone. My grandfather was Joseph p Marfone and my grandmother was Josephine Cardillo Marfone. My uncle ( mothers brother ) was Mario Martino. My mothers mother was marie antonette who was married to Edwardo Testa. It was very nice to hear of someone interested enough in my family.
