Does the last date say something about February?

It's possible the year of the birth is 1879 and not 1889. I think the word is settantanove and not ottantanove on the record.

The Feb 4th date is the date that this extract of the original birth record was written. This is not a photocopy of the original birth record but rather a copy that was created when it was requested. I think the year in Feb is 1982.

I believe the year of the February date is 1912. The "8" in the birthdate line is very distinctive...
