Help Translating Professione on Marrage Record

I have a recently found document from 1835. I am having difficulty translating one word on this document.. I am looking for the occupation of Vincenzo close to the bottom of the file I uploaded.

Can anyone help?

Looks like Cuoco (cook) to me; what do you think?

Yes you are right.Thank you for that, Lorenzo was a Cuoco (cook). I was looking for Vincenzo occupation Below what you translated. Thank you.

Ooops, sorry! Looks like Vincenzo was perhaps a Bracciale (farm hand).

I would agree with Debi that it identifies Vincenzo as a "bracciale" :D
