Pavones From Palermo

I have done extensive research to try to find all of the Pavones in Palermo, Palermo as far as I can find. I have recently posted two different trees to ancestry.com that contain "Pavones from Palermo", which is all those related to me. And "More Pavones from Palermo" which are Pavones that I havent linked yet to me. If you are researching any Pavone's or anyone related to Pavones from Palermo and Pavones from Bridgeport. You will find them there. So Pavone's from New York can also be found there but as many from Connecticut.

Maybe you can share your researching techniques for early records from Palermo how you got them and where to get them from Vince?

Essentially I took the work of Hugh Tornabene (Palermo Marriages) and started matching husband and wives and childrens to parents. Then i ordered every birth and death index from the LDS and spent a year toiling over them matching children with parents and spouses to spouses and to their parents. Then I went and founded every pavone from palermo that emmigrated from ellis island and match all of them up to my records. Then I got on ancestry.com entered it all in and started matching all of the records. I also included records I found on familysearch.org and others. Essentially a ton of work and a lot of investigating. I have become very quick at matching so my tree continues to grow fairly quickly.

My only wish is that there are more Pavones out there to find but all in all I have been in contact with a few people related to me but not as many as I had hoped.
