I looked in the records for Gioiosa Marea. There I found only Ignazio's birth record, not Celestino's. However, although the film was supposed to cover the period of 1865-1886, in fact 1873 and 1874 were missing. Those would have been Celestino's years. (Well, actually, his age on his kids' birth records indicate 1872-1875, but since 1873 and 1874 are missing...)
From the "Better late than never" department...
1873 and 1874 are not missing, just not in their expected places within the images.
1873 extends from image 399-449; index starting at 450.
1874 is in the Gioiosa "Matrimoni 1867-1903" section from image 43-61 (index image @ 65) and 62-87 (index image @ 64).
Celestino Ferlazzo is listed in the index as entry #48 for 1874; image #55. The writing is faint, so you'll have a good bit of work ahead deciphering the entry.
