Yes, you just have to register. You can scroll down the page to view, with magnification as you move the cursor over the page.
However, if you want a hard copy, you must pay.

And, yes, the sister's name appears to be Loreta or Laura.

You can write directly to the town of Casalbordino to request a record.
You should send a photo ID and your email address along with your request, and only ask for 1-2 records at a time. (sometimes they will send related documents like marriage, etc.)
There is no cost for these records :-) but as a courtesy you may wish to include a self-addressed UNSTAMPED envelope.

Address:
Ufficio dello Stato Civile
Piazza Umberto I, snc
66021 Casalbordino (CH)
ITALY

As you say, ordering microfilm would be your other option.

Ok , until the 1960s , Molise was part of the region of Abruzzo , at that time it was designated as a separate region , I am guessing that you mean Abruzzo , when you say brusace .

As it turns out....Casalbordino Comune in Italy
Casalbordino is a comune and town in the province of Chieti, in the Abruzzo region of central Italy....However , the Molisano surname leads me to believe that the family had / has ties to the Molise region, which as I mentioned used to be part of Abruzzo....My own family is from the town of Ripalimosani in the province of Campobasso , in the Molise region .

Molis is what I came across when looking at name roots so you're probably right!

Sounds like county lines changed maybe? Didn't the area get broken into sections? They may have deep roots there then
