Ww2 Italian p.o.w round Cambridge/ Royston

I'm looking for my uncle he was born in ww2
My grandad had told my nan that he had a boy when he was pow in England I have a photo
grandad work on farms round Cambridge/ roystone
I know he was in Newmarket road Hostel on the Royston
Road I think the boy was called Jack
Grandad surname is Verrusio I may have more family
Would like to find them help
