Marriage No 10: Giovanni Tarinelli and Anna Corazzini
Popoli: 3 February 1908, 3.45 pm
Groom: Giovanni Tarinelli, 29 yo, contadino (peasant farmer), born and residing in Popoli, son of the deceased Cesidio, who had lived his life in Popoli, and of Lucia Fistola, a contadina residing in Popoli.
Bride: Anna Corazzini, 18 yo, contadina, born and residing Popoli, daughter of Domenico resident of Popoli and of Maria Terenziana Di Giacomandrea, residing of Popoli.
At the bottom of the record it says that the marriage banns were posted in Popoli on the 19 and 26 January 1908.
Your Pubblicazioni for this marriage are on line and I've located the document which gives you a little more information. It is also a much clearer and easier to read document so it has helped with verification of the marriage details:

Prospective Groom: Giovanni Tarinelli, 29 yo, contadino, residing Popoli, son of the deceased Cesidio, contadino, who resided in Popoli when living, and (son) of Lucia Fistola, contadina, residing Popoli.
Prospective Bride: Anna Corazzini, 18yo, contadina, residing Popoli, daughter of Domenico, 59 yo, facchino (Porter), residing Popoli, and daughter of Maria Terenziana Di Giacomandrea, casalinga (domestic), residing Popoli.
At the bottom of the record it says that Domenico Corazzini and Maria Terenziana Di Giacomandrea, parents of the bride gave their consent to the marriage taking place. Giovanni Tarinelli has signed the document but Anna and parents were illiterate and unable to sign.
Everything else looks standard. On the right hand side it gives you the dates that the banns were posted.
