Help retrieving birth certificate and Italian Merchant Marine infomation

Grandpa, awarded the title "Cavaleri "was in the Italian Merchant Marines... Before his Name, Rosario Indelicato, born 6/5/1895 ..lived in Riposto Sicily with grandma, Rosaria Samperi Indelicato, born 11/27/1895 and they had 2 children, my father, Giuseppe(Joseph) Salvatore Indelicato born 10/15/1929 and brother..
Looking to retrieve any of my lost family birth certificate and home address in Riposto Sicily. I dont know how to research any of this.
Also wanting information on how I can know what ship my grandfather served on in the Merchant Marines and he was awarded many medals...I want all information and dont know where to begin...

I cannot see anywhere my grandpa name in birth certificate the marriage certificate n my grandma certificate of birth very hard to read. How do I make it legible?

Marty I do see it now, I was looking in the main body of the page trying to decipher, sure wish I knew what I was looking at, but I did recognize their names on the sides of the "book?" when I enlarged it...anyway to order these n willthey come in as I am viewing them here, or clear?
