In my opinion it is written "Geronimo" and "Val de Ronco".
Ronco (plural ronchi) means "deforested area" (for cultivation). So Ronco or Ronchi are place-names quite widespread. "Val de Ronco" is a valley with fields for farming obtained by logging.
In the Lessini Mountains there are several "Val" or "Valle dei ronchi".

Re: Val de Bonco
Thank you so much.
I do believe your correct on where Val de Ronco is. I knew it was close by.
From my own DNA testing on Ancestry, I found many "Sartori's" coming from Lusiana, Vicenza.

The surname "Sartori" is widespread throughout the Veneto, because the word "sartore" (plural "sartori") means tailor.

Re: Val de Bonco
I was in Domegge di Cadore last year. I have a 17th century grandmother coming from there. I have a copy of all of the parish records back to the 1500's.
Then some 1400's written on Pergamena. Something of the Anagraphe.
The first time I ever saw complete little books of Pergamena. Usually its a one page document in the 600's.
How does "Val de Ronco" compare to "Ronchi near Domegge?
That is an amazing map you located!
