Cannot find Ellis island record

I have an ancestor, Michael "Mike" Chudkosky, and two almost matching Naturalization records for him (both accurately have his family listed with dates). One says he arrived in America on October 2, 1913; the other says he arrived on November 30, 1913. The ship he arrived on was the President Grant. The naturalization record says he was born on November 10, 1897 in Peribakauti, Bassarabia, Russia. I'm sure the spelling of his first and last name could be slightly different. Can you find his immigration records?

I searched page by page of the manifest for the President Grant arriving NY October 1913 from Hamburg and did not find Michael Chudkowsky. So I looked for the naturalization records you mentioned. I found his Declaration of Intent (first papers) which indicate that he arrived on the Kaiser Wilhelm II on 30 November 1913.

I did find this LATER trip - arriving October 1933 at NY on the Europa -
