Dated 16 February 1871
Groom: Gaspare Paravola, 24, farmer, unmarried, born and residing Sambuca di Sicilia, son of deceased (both) Giuseppe [Paravola] and Audenzia Catalanello.
Bride: Audenzia Armato, 20, unmarried, born and residing in this town, daughter of Martino [Armato], farmer, and of Antonia Anello.
Publication of banns of marriage occurred on 5 and 12 February, and the certificate of no opposition was presented to the official today. These were entered into the allegati (attachments register).

Note: both the bride and her mother are identified with the occupation "industriosa" - possibly manufacturers/makers or workers.

Those doing genealogy research should know that there are 1000s of unclaimed properties all over Italy, especially in the south. When looking up Martino Armato, up comes two parcels of land that has never been claimed. The heirs are outside of Italy but where?
