Hello!

I'm having some trouble translating this and would appreciate some help. This handwriting is killing me!

So far I have:

"The year 1874 on the 17th of February in Sanza at the time of 9AM in from of community official _________ Vincenzo Borrone(?) mayor and civil state official and(?) this _____________ Niclola Sasso _______ contadino(?) of forty (?) ________ years old born in the town of Sanza, who has presented me a baby girl, _____________ born on the day __________ at 8PM to his wife Anna Feclia Bianco ___________________________________ the name of Anna."

So baisically, I am missing or not sure of all the important stuff.

Handwriting is not as bad as the FADING

...appeared Nicola Sasso [son of deceased Giovacchino], age 43, landowner born and residing in Sanza, to present [to the official] a female child who was born yesterday (16th February) at 8 AM, to his wife Anna Felicia Bianco [daughter of Simone], of this town and residing with him at Via Piazza... and the child was given the ame ANNA
Witnesses to the recording of this act of birth were Sig. Francesco Cammardella, of deceased Domenico, age 60; and Sig. Terenzio Barzelloni, of Luigi, age 23, both property owners residing in the town.
