Giuseppe D'Angelo, 29, farmer residing in this city, appeared before the official to declare that at 4 AM on the 4th of the current month, at the house in Via Cesaiano(?) #20; to Margherita Matarazzo, his wife, farmer residing with him, was born a male child who was presented to the official and to whom was given the name NICOLA
Witnesses to the record: Flaviano Rossi, 37, clerk; and Francesco Giangrande, 24, messenger. The witnesses signed with the official, and the others were illiterate.
