Gello (Lucca)

I have recently found the birth record of my 4 x Great-Aunt, Maria Stella Oliva Mazzei in the antenati records for Camaiore, Lucca Province in 1808.

She was born in the town of Gello, Camaiore.

However, I have found that the family later lived in Colognora di Val di Roggio, Pescaglia, Lucca.

Whilst searching on antenati for the records within Pescaglia I have noticed there is a town within Pescaglia also called Gello.

Is this the same town as the one in Camaiore (maybe changing jurisdiction), or are there 2 towns called Gello - 1 in Camaiore and 1 in Pescaglia?

I've tried google searching but it just brings up street names called Via di Gello.
