Looking for information on Felix Zaccard

I'm looking for information in Felix Zaccard, outside of the US. Felix was born around 1867, and was supposedly born in Naples, based on American records. Obviously Zaccard was not his original surname, it was most likely Zaccardo or Zaccardi, however I have not been able to verify, because I can't find any information on Felix's parents. Is their anyway we can verify his surname, or find records outside of America on Felix?

just a suggestion...
I believe that your ancestor maybe coming from Muro Lucano( potenza province)... the surname spelling seeming Zaccardo right... maybe he was born no on 1867 but some year before possibly... because I found a:

These are confusing, Felice Zaccardo was born in 1867 to Francesco and Angela, isn't this saying something totally differnt?
