Please help on locating relative info

My relative Luisa Barbetta married Carmine Teodoro on 2/23/1911. We believe they lived in Torrevecchio Teatina, Chieti. We believe Luisa never came to America, and supposedly died in childbirth in Italy around 2/1921. We believe she was born in 1885 or 1886.

I really wanted to find her death record, and if she and Carmine had any children.

Thanks for checking, yes I looked through those records as well. If she died giving birth, could it have been at a hospital in another town? It's a mystery in our family.

Even if you died in hospital in another town the record is sent back to the town of residence/birth. If you find her birth record there may be a notation of her death but it won't say the cause.

I must have missed that record Do you think she died in childbirth? That's the rumor but no record of any childbirths that year or prior

I have been searching in torrevecchia teatina, Chieti, Italy. This is where I have found the info on my Barbetta side. The Death cert for Luisa says Villa Reale, Chieti Italy. Is it possible she and Carmine had a child between their marriage year of 1911 to 1921 death year? Can you direct me on the archive to look for births during this time?

Carmine Teodoro and Elisa Barbetta had one child, my grandfather, his name was Nicola. As you said, Elisa died giving birth to her second child (the baby also died).
