Death Certificate Translation Needed

This is information on my great-grandfather, Luigi Battituzzi. It is hard for me to translate because I know very little Italian and the handwriting is hard to read. Any help translating would be greatly appreciated.

Birth record:
Date: Jun 15th, 1891
Declarant: Giuseppe Furlanetto (a clerk of the Hospital where the child was born)
The baby was born on Jun 13th at 6:15am
Mother was Giovanna Spinacè, wife of Giovanni Battista Battistuzzi, 34 years old, smith
The baby was not shown as he was too weak to be taken to the Town Hall, and father did not declare birth as he was busy at work.

Side notes are about Luigi's marriage and death (in Venezia on Oct 20th, 1978)

Luigi married Pasqua Pagotto on Jan 16th, 1922. By then, mother had died, while father was still alive.
Pasqua was 27, a housewife, born and living in San Fior, the daughter of Tiziano and of the deceased Giovanna De Nardi.
