Birth Act #61 of 1909 for Domenico Summa. Just want to double check - I think what I am reading is that Angela Maria Galasso is appearing in Avigliano to record the birth of Domenico to parents Vito and Domenica Maria Galasso?

Towards the end of the record I am reading that the declarant, who had witnessed the birth, had reported the birth in place of the husband, who was not able to announce it, because he was absent from his home due to work.
