Long Wait In Los Angeles

[jpallo]

I am in the process of completing my records search of ancestors and thought I would get a Citizenship Appointment in Los Angeles. i got one alright. It is in eight (8) years. That's right; it's in 2026. Any ideas? They do not take the appointments on-line. I had to call Abtran. I expected a wait of a year or two (maybe even 3) but 8? Yikes.
