Any assistance in translating my uncle Natale Savasta's birth certificate. He was known as Uncle Neal in the family. He is entry 128. Thank you!

Geraci Siculo: 23 November 1903
Before the official appeared Vincenzo Savasta, 38 yo, shepherd, living Geraci Siculo, who reported that at 3 pm, on 19 November 1903, at a house in Vicolo Alcione, No 3, from Anna Rosa Alesso, his wife, a casalinga (housewife/domestic), was born a baby boy who she presented to the official and gave the name Natale.

Witnesses:
Giuseppe Turrigrossa, 45 yo, and Giuseppe Vetri, 31 yo, both shoemakers.

Thank you so much. Just one follow up...you are certain the number of the residence is 3? I tried lookig at Google Maps and only 13 Vicolo Alcione came up. Odds are that street is either long gone or changed names. With all the translation requests I've asked for, this was the only one that came back with a street number.
