It's a baptismal record from Joannes Bapta (Giovanni Battista) and as far as I understand the parents are Andrea and Paola Livellara. The parish is San Michele in Ri from Chiavari and that's all that I can get.
Could someone help me to decipher the rest of the document? There might be some pretty useful information for me in there.

I have another question if that's not a problem. How do you know is September and not December? Since I have this document I thought it said "Dic 30" at the top of the certificate, which was kind of a problem because that date doesn't fit with other certificates. But with September everything fits perfectly, so you're giving me great news if September is correct.
