I'm pleased to tell you, her name was Angela Maria Lombardi. She was born in Ceprano around 1890. She was travelling to USA in 1919 with a Lucia Maiuri who husband was a Di Massa. Giovanni was living at 654 Riopelle Street, Detroit.
possible Giuseppe was a Sibling visiting his Uncle Arcangelo (mums brother) 652 Riopelle Street. If it is a sibling of Giovanni, his mother was called Angela Colasanti.

Amazing information! Thank Both of You! Giovanni Maiuri born Ceprano died Detroit 1964 (Sep. or Oct.?) Angelo Maiuri born Det. 12.02.30/32? died Macomb MI. 06.13.96 son of Giovanni & Angela Maiuri. Colasanti name was said to be related but didnt know how (this may be the link). Any more information is well appreciated. Angela Maiuri died Detroit. after 1964. 1970?

Arduino was also visiting his brother Giovanni in 1920 at 68 Scott Street, Detroit.

Hello Again. I was still looking for the date/ship information for Giovanni Maiuri.

Giovanni also had a brother called Antoino born Ceprano, 1897 who's wife was Maria.
Still can't find his travel document! Do you know his middle name? If you have access to a cencus with him on it should tell you what year he immigrated?

I did hear about an uncle who stayed in Ceprano. Im working on a middle name. Giovanni Maiuri nik name was John "Bosco"

On his Cencus it shows he came to usa 1907, but i only found a Lorenzo who matched his date of birth and arrival!

Look at this, if you are not 100% about his date of death, this is quite a close match to his Birth date and place and marriage in Detroit, but did he marry more than once?

This is the Giovanni Maiuri i have been looking for!! Thank You so much!! I had his sisters name wrong. This information is correct. And Angelo was not born at the time of cencus. The second report shows Rocco & Joesphine (Daughter) this report does look like family and I remember hearing the names Caterina and Dominico. I will ask about a second marrage and the names on the report. Thanks again so much!!

I found more information. It looks like Giovanni may have changed his name to John (Cencus Report) and I found a prayer card from 1964 with John Maiuri. John (Giovanni) Maiuri born Ceprano 07.27.1889 died Detroit 10.05.1964. Angela (Angelina) Maiuri born Ceprano 01.27.1890 died Detroit 06.08.1971. Any other information is well appreciated.

I'm trying to find where this Lombardi line meets the Ippoliti line. I have Mairui DNA matches, and Pentecost matches as well.

He arrived in America on the 11th August 1923 with a Vincenzo Maiuri who was born in 1889, Ceprano. Giovanni was born in 1906, Ceprano. Vincenzo's wife was called Antonia and Giovanni's Antonetta. They were going to visit there brother in laws: Vincenzo's is Luigi Cervoni (possibly Antonia's surname) and Giovanni's is Giovanni D'Ippolito (possibly Antonetta's surname) both at 3482 Riopelle Street, Detroit. (where alot of Italian Immigrants went!)
