Record date: Jul 28th, 1868
The Registrar of the City of Turin received a note from the Hospice of Maternity, stating that a male baby was born in such Hospice on day 26th at 1am, son of unknown parents, who was given names Stefano Concordio Caschetti. Such baby was also given a "serial number" 8543.
As ziaDani suggested you, you can request folder #8543 from the Archivio di Stato di Torino. It will contain more info. In rare cases, as the baby was born in the hospice, and not literally "found", it might contain mother's name.
