The record is in the bottom right corner for Orazio Battiato and I'm finding it a little difficult to read. If I'm not mistaken I think the fathers name is Sebastiano, 30 years old, child of Alfio? I think the mothers name says Maria but I can't figure out her last name, child of Carmelo?

If anyone can confirm that would be amazing! Thank you! :D

The record is dated 1 February 1870 (#74)

Before the official appeared Sebastiano Battiato, son of deceased Alfio, age 30, day laborer of this town, to declare that a male child was born on the first of the month at 5 AM to his wife Maria Ardizzone, daughter of deceased Carmelo, residing with her husband in their home in Strada San Carlo, and to this child was given the name Orazio.

The margin note indicates that Orazio was united in marriage with Alfia Palazzolo, daughter of Carmelo, with act of 2 April 1891. (#27)

There appears to be another marriage in 1913 in Acireale (#53)
