Without more info I'm guessing this is her father Tommaso Gennaro died 25 Aug 1893 age 85 son of Gaspare Gennaro & Leonarda Buffa, widower of Domenica Gandolfo

Giuseppa Gennaro died 20 Sept 1918 age 81 daughter of Tommaso Gennaro & Domenica Gandolfo (both deceased) and widow of Pietro Guasto and Patrizio Giuseppe Piacenza

Did not see her in the 1836/1838 indices and there is a large portion of 1837 births missing so you may not be able to get her birth record.
