Birth Certificate Mingoia, Bevilacqua and Aiello
Birth Certificate Mingoia, Bevilacqua and Aiello
This is a birth certificate I received from the commune in Barrafranca Sciliy for my great grandmother. Her family came to Cleveland Ohio around 1909 to 1912. She had five children: Mary (who married Sam Massa), Alfonso (Fred.),Alice, Rose and Angie.

Re: Birth Certificate Mingoia, Bevilacqua and Aiello
To be precise, it's an extract from the birth certificate, listing the key data contained in the actual certificate. The actual birth act has a few more minor items of information. It indicates that she married on October 7, 1909, apparently in Barrafranca, so the arrival date in the U.S. is more than likely not until after 1909.

Here is the parish record for their church marriage in October 1909
(#76)
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903 ... at=1546843
Giuseppe(Joseph's) parents were Alfonso Mingoia and Maria Fratelli.
Her parents were Salvatore Bevilacqua and Arcangela Aiello.
It appears that both the fathers were deceased.
It looks like Marianna was the widow of Antonino Costa.
This is Marianna's baptism record...#126.
