Hello,

I am wondering if anyone can look up any information about my great grandfather Alfonso Pietronudo, born 4 November 1871 Calvano, Provincia di Benevento, Campania, Italy?

He married Angelina and emigrated to the United States in 1905 or 1906. They had one child in Italy and 5 in the US. He died on 18 October 1951 in Camden, New Jersey, United States of America. I would also like to know Angelina's maiden name if possible?

Calvano is a hamlet in the town of Apice.
I've looked in the births for 1871, but he wasn't there.
However, his naturalization papers:

state he was born in CAIVANO (that is, a different town, in the province of Naples)
Are you sure of his place of birth?
Unfortunately, there are no records online for Caivano.
