Help with a name

Someone sent me a clip from a marriage record.
I can read the ministers name and one of the witnesses names, Richie Kong.
I'm having trouble with the other name. Catherine ?
Can someone make it out?

Looks like Richie Konig ^ Catherine Sameul, although the u seems to have been left out.

If it starts with an "s" it is possibly "Sanel" which is both a given name and a surname. I'm wondering whether the last letter may be a "b" though, and also whether there is another letter after the "S" and before the "a"?

Can you tell us more - what year etc? Also, are you able to post the full document please.
