1800s streets of Corleone

Post by vasi-searcher »

Hi! I could use some help. The birth record of my great-grandfather lists Via Santo Nicoli in Corleone. I've been told that family stories say they lived "outside of town". I've tried finding antique maps, town plans, anything at all online, but no luck. Any ideas how I could find out what roads were where in the 1800s? My grandfather was born in the 1870s. Thanks so much!

Are you sure it wasn't "via Santo Nicolo' "?

Oh my, it totally could have been! Thank you - I didn't see that when I searched the streets earlier! Appreciate the reply. :-)
